On the basis of the individual problems of our customers our highly skilled engineers and experienced consultants develop tailor made and cost effective solutions. It is possible either to buy or to rent MINI-GUARD® systems.

Planning

During the planning phase the time required and the progress of the construction works have to be committed and coordinated among all involved parties. Necessary special fittings will be determined.
For complicated projects we - of course - also provide assistance directly on-site.

Transport

The relatively light and small MINI-GUARD® elements ensure economical transport, handling and storage. The elements may be pre-assembled to 13.5 m length and packed in bundles, 324 m MINI-GUARD® fit on one truck.

Installation

A maximum of safety combined with a minimum of traffic interference is assured during the erection phase.
One of the main features of the MINI-GUARD® system is the extraordinary simple and fast installation by the plug-in connection. The application of a special crane and a special installation technique allow installation output of 3.500 m per installation team per day.

Maintenance

The typical accidents, which often occur in work zones, only cause minor damage to the system. Repairs only require a minimum of time and technical facilities, since normally only the slightly displaced construction needs to be straightened.
Defect elements can easily be replaced.

Refitting

Extensive road works usually require several redirections of the traffic during the project.Modern Guardrails are put under very high demands regarding their flexibility and refitting times. MINI-GUARD® satisfies both these demands in an excellent manner (e.g. the refitting of 7.000 m MINI-GUARD® to the opposite lane can be completed within 2 days).

Disassembling

The disassembling also requires a very low expenditure of time since only the plug-on connections have to be detached. There is no need for time-consuming loosening of screws.
Similar to the assembly, 3.500 m can be disassembled in just one day.

Storage

The storage of the system is very economical due to the space-saving bundles i.e. 4.000 m MINI-GUARD® require only 200 square meters of space.
